江戸安永年間から続いております。
旅館内のお食事処での食事提供になっております。
「本膳 かな半料理帖」（予約制）は、江戸時代に当店で提供していたメニューを今に蘇らせました。
また、江戸時代の料理書から再現した染飯（そめいい）や鳥の濃漿汁（こくしょうじる）、郷土食材のモロ（モウカザメの身）を使った料理などを召し上がっていただくランチメニュー「江戸御膳（予約制）」も、おかげさまで好評いただいております。

Kanahan is a ryokan (a traditional Japanese inn) started in 1775.
The menu “Honzen Kanahan Ryoricho”, which is only available upon reservation, is a reproduction of Edo period cuisine.
The lunch menu “Edo Gozen”, which is only available upon reservation, is very popular among travelers. The menu consists of Edo period cuisine based on Edo period cookbooks and local dishes.
